He is survived by: his parents, Richard W. Carmer and Donna L. Carmer (Moleski); his wife Denise M. Moughler; his children, Taylor Carmer, Carson Carmer and Brooklyn Carmer; his grandson Noah Lilford-Meagher; his siblings, Steve Carmer and Erica Swink (Matt); and his parents-in-law, Lloyd and Judy Moughler. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
