He is survived by: his wife Katherine L. Staley (Dayton); his children, Debra I. Blackwell (Paul), Judith A. Staley, Christine M. Staley, Dale D. Staley, Jr. and Roy W. Staley; his grandchildren, Leslie Blackwell-Vendzuh, Lisa Blackwell-Roe, Jessica Cockerham, Jenna Cockerham, Carolyn Swart, Ashley Swart, Megan Staley and Juanita Staley; and his siblings, Fred Staley and Della Staley. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
