She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Kerstein and Annie Jeannie Kerstein (Crilley); her children, Betty Joyce Herrera and David Joseph Calderon; her husband Lewis Theodore Schatzline; and her siblings, James, Walter and Joyce.
She is survived by: her daughters, Susan Mannix (Frederick) and Sandra Chico; and her grandchildren, Lisa, Simon, Laura, Eric, Heather, Christy, Jesse, Nicole and Brandon. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
