He was predeceased by: his parents, Hollie Scarberry and Grace Scarberry (Pruitt); his wife Helen Conn; and his siblings, Hufford, Eugene, Hubbert, Douglas, Sarah and Lige.
He is survived by: his children, Darrell Scarberry of Fenton, David Scarberry (Donna) of McKee, KY, Cliff Scarberry (Margaret) of Fenton, Ken Scarberry (Debbie) of London, KY, Tim Scarberry (Tristan) of Fenton and Dana Jones (Brad) of Fenton; his grandchildren, Lindsay, Leslie, Jamie, Ashley, Bobbi Anne, Sarah, Amy, Baylee, Logan, Hannah, Sophie and Piper; his great grandchildren, Sara, Berlin, Sydney, Gentry, Hailey and Avery; and his sister Joan Adkins. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
