She was predeceased by: her husband Harry R. Lentz; her children, Alan R. Lentz (Syrena) and Cynthia R. Ambrose (Anthony); and her grandson Richard Lentz. She is survived by: her children, Gary E. Lentz, Sandra J. Lentz and Linda Mortensen (Gene); her grandchildren, Sheila Lentz, Joseph Lentz, Jeffrey Bailey (Diana), Kristine Martyn (Benjamin), Lisa Eimers (Justin), Elizabeth Mortensen and Jennifer Mortensen; and her great grandchildren, Clara Ambrose, Dani Ambrose, Jasmine Martyn, Elias Eimers, Alicia Lentz, Miranda Lentz, Andrew Lentz, Heather Lacy and Matthew Poe.
