She was predeceased by: her parents, Dennis Dowd and Hazel Dowd (Way); and her brother Richard Dowd. She is survived by: her daughter Nicole Dowd; her siblings, Daniel Dowd (Joann), Deborah Miller (Glen), Celia Whitehead (Keith), Tim Dowd (Kelly) and Joan Dowd; and her sister-in-law Corinne Dowd. She is also survived by Many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews.
