She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Matney and America Matney; her husband Leroy Rife; her brothers, Carl, Junior and Ernie Matney; her brother-in-law Bill Mullins; and her sisters, Naomi Spencer and Pearl Tate.
She is survived by: her sons, Ryan and Brad Rife; her grandchildren, Robyn Rife (Tibbitts), Zakk Rife and Nick Tibbitts; her siblings, Paul (Pam Matney), Lydia (Charles Justus), Ruby (Dave Hampton) and Ada Clevinger; and her siblings-in-law, Jean Nichols (Matney), Artha Otto (Matney), Steve Spencer and Doug Clevinger. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
