She was predeceased by: her parents, George Nitecki and Agnes Nitecki (Kraszewski); her brother George Nitecki; her son James Randolph Soules; and her granddaughter Mary Elizabeth Soules.

She is survived by: her children, Lorine Michelle Valenzuela (Rick) of Lake and Brian Kendall (Jessica) of Verona, KY; her grandchildren, Nicholas, Christopher, Kendall, Taylor and Zachary; her sister Sandra Pratt of Dallas, TX; and her sister-in-law Jackie Nitecki of Auburn, IN. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

“Barb was in our Mary Kay unit for several years and I got to know her fairly well. She loved her family so much and loved her involvement with the band events. She was a classy lady and people who met Barb were very lucky indeed....she shared her wisdom easily and we were all better for it. Will miss Barb....God Speed.”
