Jurek; her daughter Genesis Sierra Laseur; her stepchildren, Karsen Garrity, Maddox Jurek, Giuliana Jurek and Makswell Jurek; her brothers, Rudy Diaz, Jr. (Mindy), Albert Diaz and Phillip Diaz; her mother-in-law Thelma Jurek; and her siblings-in-law, Steven Jurek and Angie Jurek.
