He is survived by: his children, Todd Palmer (Dena) and Theresa Applegate (Jason); his grandchildren, Kassandra, Scott (Micayla), Nathan, Joseph, Matthew, Christopher, Emily and Alexander; his siblings, Gerald, Karl and Margaret Travis (Roy); and his aunts and uncles, Dick Palmer, Dogue Palmer, Coralie Cristensen (Palmer), Albert Mayfield and Dorothy Mayfield.
