He was predeceased by: his mother Dorothy Meredith (Carol); his grandfather Ed Boston; his great-aunt Gladys Folkman; his stepmother Norma Meredith; his aunt Barbara; and his uncle Keith Meredith.

He is survived by: his father Wayne Meredith of Peoria, AZ; and his sister Lana Ness (Randy) of Crivitz, WI.
