Sonya Ouendag Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sonya Ouendag (Fennville, Michigan), born in Grand Rapids, Michigan, who passed away on September 28, 2021, at the age of 54, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Lorraine Peters, Gordon, Jacquie Peters, George, Mary Hunting, Robert and Barbara Page.

She is survived by: her parents, Gary Peters (Theresa) and Sandra Peters (Nolan); her former husband Michael Ouendag; her daughters, Colleen Ouendag and Tori Ouendag (Melissa Ciccarelli); and her siblings, Joseph Peters (Jennifer), Matthew Peters, Hannah Beckwith and Evan Peters. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, it was her wish that memorial donations be made to Allegan County Community Foundation (PO Box 278, Allegan, MI 49010) with donations specified for the Allegan County Food Pantry Collaborative.
