He was predeceased by: his parent John Carlson; his wife Beverly Carlson; and his grandson Joshua Knikelbine. He is survived by: his parent Dorothy Carlson; his children, Richard Carlson and Terrie Knikelbine (John); his brother Kenneth Carlson (Beth); his grandchildren, Regan and Jimilee; his great grandchildren, Marquise, Darius and Jaden; and his friend Rose Onken.
