He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry "Scotty" and Grace Weber (Hollst). He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Weber (Wallace); his children, PJ Weber (Heather Giles), David Higgins, Jr., Adam Higgins (Nicole Jensen) and Russell Dirkse (Brenna); his grandchildren, Alex, Brooklyn, Addison, Annabelle, Landon, Brayden, Caleb and Emma; and his siblings, Ernest Weber, Luana Weber, Carrie Weber and Scott Weber (Marla). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
