He is survived by: his parents, Leo Henry Banaszak Jr. and Shirley Banaszak (Minné); his brothers, Brian and Robert; the mother of his children Nellie; his children, Amy Lynn McKellips (Marty), Kristen Marie Nonhof (David) and Leo Henry Banaszak IV (Catherine); his grandchildren, Mattalyn, Samantha, Alison, Madison, Amy-Lynn, RayeAnne, Leo Henry V, Eden, Leland, Nicholai, Kendyl, Audrey, Wyatt, Laela, Marek, Jesaiahs and Kim Vecchio; and his stepchildren, Cheryl and T. J.. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; extended family; and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, Memorial Donations may be made to the family in care of Kristen Nonhof.
