He was predeceased by: his mother Alice Willyard; his grandparents, Erma Faulkner, Walter Faulkner, George Wade and Pearline McSparren; and his uncle Dale Wade.
He is survived by: his father Glen Wade; his brother Juston Hamric; his aunts, Brenda Burton, Tina Mccool (Barry) and Linda Wade; his cousins, Melody Kotrba (Bobbi), Krystal Powelson (James), Kayleena Faulkner, Christina Meister (Joshua), Amber Jackson (Lance), Megan Jones (Steve) and Tiffany Vincent; and his close friend Cameron Polinskey.
