She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Collins and Connie Collins (Plummer); and her son Stephen Johnson. She is survived by: her husband Harold N. Johnson; her children, Jeffery Johnson, Joel Johnson, Lurah Decker, Roberta Johnson and Amy Johnson; and her sisters, Jane Ann and Margaret Jo. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
