She is survived by: her parents, Janet Patosky and Douglas J. Patosky; her brother Douglas G. Patosky (Pamela); her niece Melissa Oosterhouse (Josh); her nephew Michael Patosky (Skye); and her great-nieces, Maddox, Maycie and Kaynen. She is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Comfort Keepers Hospice.
