She was predeceased by: her parents, John Skaggs and Martha Skaggs (McElyea); her sister Ida May Valentine; her brother-in-law Dale Valentine; her nephew Frankie Valentine; her niece Heather Sue Valentine; and her great-nephew Cody Valentine.
She is survived by: her sisters, Brenda Skaggs, Diane Valentine, Cathy Skaggs, Loretta Brown (Jim), Rhonda Poortvliet (Randy) and Nicky Skaggs; and her brother-in-law Frank Valentine. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews whom were like her own children.
