He was predeceased by: his children, Shane and Julie Wickman (Keith); his granddaughter Jennifer Axley; and his former wife Phyllis Lantz (Bushey). He is survived by: his wife Carol Mahoney; his children, Edward (Lisa), Charles (Michelle), Shannon Edward Twigg, Sheila Haas (Norbert), Charlotte Briggs and Carrie Schultz (Brandon); and his brother Don. He is also survived by 5 sisters and brothers-in law.
