He was predeceased by: his daughter Cynthia; his parents, Milliard Head and Edith Head; and his brother James. He is survived by: his children, Robert, Dana Hoskins (Gary) and Kara Cosby (Lynn); his grandchildren, Noah, Damon, Emma, Robbie, Hunter, Ronny, Zachary, Paxton, William, Samantha and Harrison; and his siblings, Linda Massa (Tony), Trudy Jordan, Cheryl Diehl and Toby Jones (Kalvin). He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
