He was predeceased by: his parents, Arlo Thrush and Elizabeth Thrush (Smith); his brother Joe Thrush; and his father-in-law Arthur Eichhorn (Ted). He is survived by: his wife Amie Thrush (Eichhorn); his daughters, Tonya Jones (Dan), Sonya Seidel (Greg) and Rachel Thrush; his stepdaughter Chelsie Lago (Vinny); his siblings, Toni Thrush (Dave) and Lester Thrush; his mother-in-law Vicky Eichhorn; his brothers-in-law, Keith Eichhorn (Autumn) and Arthur Eichhorn III (Shawna); his grandchildren, Ryan Sparks (Jordan), Christina Henry (Thomas), Holly Jones, Hayden Jones, Christian Weiderer, Mikayla Seidel and Conner Lago; and his great grandchild Willow Henry. He is also survived by uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews and cousins.
