He was predeceased by: his parents, John A. Councell and Patricia Councell (Connelly); and his brother Timothy Councell. He is survived by: his sisters, Carol Viazanko of Hartland, MI., Sharon Wainman of Lake, MI, Cindy Rank of Lake, MI and Tammy Easlick (Dennis) of Farwell. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
