He is survived by: his wife Nora Jane Laverty; his children, Bette Ruthan Laverty-Rapone, Linda Jane Laverty-Conley (David Conley), Patrick W. Laverty (Stacie Laverty), Michael T. Laverty (Jennifer Laverty), John Ruark and Veronica Van Der Sys (Mike Van Der); his grandchildren, Michael John Thomas Laverty (Monica Laverty), Timothy John Laverty, Halaina Marie Laverty, William Lee Laverty, Richard Alan Johnson, Ryan Wilson (Danielle Wilson), Ashlea Wilson and Clayton Conley; his great grandchildren, Rick Johnson, Jr., Lyla A. Laverty, Timothy J. M. Laverty, Olivia Salisbury, Albert Salisbury, Daniel Wilson and Elizabeth Wilson; and his siblings, Larry Laverty and Lynn Laverty-Grim.
