He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Ennis and Audrey Kinsey (Guy). He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his children, Jay A. Kinsey (Jodi) of Alb, Gary L. Kinsey (Linda) of Waterford, Vicki Pulcifer (Donald) of Kokomo, IN, Patricia Sexton and Jim Salisbury of Farwell; his grandchildren, Jayson, Jared, Sara, Jeremy, Taylor, Brent, Jennifer and Amanda; and his brother Clark Kinsey (Charlotte) of Rapid City. He is also survived by eighteen great-grandchildren.
