With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Duane Shuster of Farwell, Michigan, born in Alma, Michigan, who passed away on August 11, 2023 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Smith Shuster and Iva Shuster (Porter); and his siblings-in-law, Carol Williamson, Mary Lou Gallup, Ron Williamson and Ed Wood.
He is survived by: his wife Kay Ann Gallup; his daughters, Theresa Brechtelsbauer (Leroy) of Harrison and Mary Ellen Shuster of Gladwin; his granddaughters, Staci and Stephanie Brechtelsbauer; his great grandchildren, Dyllan Echelbarger and Sapphire Kreutzer; his sisters, Joy Wood of The Villages and Bonney DuMond of Albuquerque; his siblings-in-law, Ruth Blakely (Gerald) of Alva and Albert "Butch" Gallup of Saginaw; and his pets, Lucky and Shadow. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family.
