He is survived by: his spouse Gail Hoisington VanBuskirk; his sons, Cary Varney, Jen and Alan Varney (Cheryl); his grandchildren, Alan Post (Anita), Brandon Varney, Alayna Brown (Nathan), Cayla Varney, Denise Baron (Kenneth), Eric Varney, Heather Varney, Chad Simon, Casey Post and Cory Post; his great grandchildren, Adalyn and Brantley Brown; and his brother Albert Varney (Linda).
