He was predeceased by: his parents, Perry LaVerne and Lyla Irene Putnam (Wiggins); and his sister Gaylynn. He is survived by: his children, Ed Putnam of Clare, Eudaysia Putnam, George Witbeck and Perry Putnam of Clare; his grandchildren, Jameson, Oliver, Brooklinn and Rose; and his sisters, Kimberly, Sandra and Linda.
