DeWaters; his son James Petrak; his daughter-in-law Vickie Patterson; his nephews, Jeremy Richardson, Howie Day and Brandon Day; his niece Angela Anderson (Troy); his grandchildren, Jessie Petrak, Chelsea Rainey (Stephen), Sara Hall and Gary DeWaters; and his great grandchildren, Kendall, Blaine, Alex, Maxton and Zane.
