She is survived by: her parents, David Jerome of Pinconning and Janet Jerome (Pickens) of Midland; her husband Corey Forfinski; her children, Clay Forfinski (Elise Birkhaeuser) of Pensacola, Cole Forfinski (Haedyn) of Grand Haven and Madison Forfinski of Farwell; her brother Jeff Jerome (Kim) of Bay City; her nieces and nephews, Ethan, Nick, Alex, Kohl, Luke and Aubry; her parents-in-law, Kenneth and Kerri Forfinski of Farwell; her brothers-in-law, Nick Sarkozi (Jason) of Mt. Pleasant and Travis Forfinski (Mandy) of Pickford; and her nephews, Garrett and Hudson.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Stephenson - Wyman Funeral Home (165 S Hall St, Farwell, MI 48622). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
