She was predeceased by: her parents, Lowell Dube and Lillian Dube (King); her husband Donald C. Warthman; and her brothers, Roland Muirhead and Daryl Muirhead (Frances).
She is survived by: her children, Heidi Sanfilippo (Al), Donald Jr., Steven and Theodore (Stacy); her grandchildren, Alexander, Nicholas Sanfilippo, Tyler, Trevor Warthman, Hannah, Halle, Hope and Hayden Warthman; and her brothers, O'Neill Muirhead (Linda) and Damian Muirhead (Lisa).
