He was predeceased by: his former wife Patricia Crossmyer (Clixby); and his siblings, Elmer Crossmyer, Clara Crossmyer and Margaret Thoma. He is survived by: his wife Carol Crossmyer (Beslock); and his daughter Barbra Reis (Brian Reis).

Donations in lieu of flowers to the Solanus Casey Center in Detroit and the Folds of Honor organization.
