She is survived by: her children, Ken Notestine (Jen), Tom Notestine (Sarah) and Susan Welter (Steve); her grandchildren, Jeff Notestine (Michaela), Jeremy Notestine (Jessica), Julie Lee (Pat), Emma Carver (Zac), Chris Notestine, Cameron Welter, Alexis Welter, Austin Welter and Christiana Welter; her great grandchildren, Madison, Jackson Notestine, Luke, Leo Notestine and Maxwell Carver; her sisters, Joanne Parker and Janis Crum; and also Beverly. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
