She was predeceased by: her parents, Ida Phelan and Fred Phelan; her husband Maynard Howe; her son Joel; and her brother-in-law Jon Filliez.
She is survived by: her son Adam (Teresa); her sister Karen; and her grandchildren, Becky (Nate), James, Fred, Kevin, Veronica and Scott. She is also survived by great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
She was a fantastic seamstress and sewed over 50 toys each year for charity.
