She was predeceased by: her parents, Hermiz Baku and Meriam Baku; and her spouse Yousif Nafsu. She is survived by: her children, Wadi Nafsu (Wejdan), Bassima Kallabat (Zohair), Basil Nafsu (Janan), Nazar Nafsu (Salama), Azhar Hamama (Malath), Nidhal Nafsu (Samir), Violet Yousif (Isam) and May Asker (late Ala). She is also survived by 29 Grandchildren and 44 Great Grandchildren.
