Susan C. Chekal Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Susan C. Chekal of Farmington Hills, Michigan, born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on December 11, 2022, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Wesley and Caroline Huckaby Simmons; her brother Jonathon; her grandparents, Martin Wesley, Gertrude Huckaby, Fred and Florence Simmons; her uncle William Huckaby; her aunt Daisy Wheeler Huckaby; and her grandchild Charlie.
She is survived by: her husband Michael A. Chekal; her sons, Michael James (Sandy), Stephen, Mark (Jon), David (Erin) and Eric (Amy); her grandchildren, Jonathon (Ally), Kaitlyn (Anthony), Crystal, Hayley, Molly, Jessica, Maggie, William Wesley, Peter, Daniel, Jack, Beatrice, Alexander, Olivia and Sue; her nieces and nephews, Mary, Colleen, Jim, Paul and Brian; and also, Richard, Tricia Molloy, Pat, Eileen Chekal, Eleanor, Fabian Chekal and Marjorie Molloy. She is also survived by mom: The spouses/partners of her sons, many of her son's friends and her co-workers.
