She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Ciolek and Josephine Ciolek; her former husband Ralph S. Hatt; her stepdaughter Rebecca Motzer (Craig); her siblings, Irene Kitlas (late Frank) and Bernard Ciolek (late Mary); and her husband Frank Kitlas.
She is survived by: her stepchildren, Kathleen Urban (late Lawrence), Claudia Michalski (Michael), Ralph Hatt (Debi) and Eric Hatt (Joy Collins); her grandchildren, Brian Urban (Chinatso), Donna Urban, Jeffrey Michalski (Katarzyna), Suzanne Cody-Gump (Chad), Angela Hatt, Christie Drabicki (Jonathan) and Olivia Rose Motzer; her stepgrandsons, Peter Kitlas (Susan) and Michael Kitlas; her great grandchildren, Madeleine (Andrew), Genevieve, Isabelle, Gabriel, Vivienne, Lance, Roman, Morgan, Danica, Gwendolyn, Phoebe, Leighton and Larson; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Arcael, Brandon, Vanessa, Lucy and Milo; her stepson Ronald Kitlas (Laura); and her sister Eleanore Haight (late Louis).
