He is survived by: his wife Lynda Sepanek (Sepanek); his daughter Julie Lewis (Russ); his grandchildren, Riley Christian and Erica Lyn Laycock; his sister Dolores Matthews (late Calvin); and his siblings-in-law, Gail Sepanek, Sheryl Alef and Ronald Sepanek. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
