He was predeceased by: his parents, Jay Johnson and Ruth Odessa Hudson; and his brothers, Jay C. Johnson Jr. and Rudolph Wade. He is survived by: his friends, Bill, Ann Newell, Wendy Ware and Charlie Beckham; his wife Marvis Johnson; his children, Angela Johnson, Wendy Johnson, Odell Johnson Jr., Randall Johnson and Aidoo Osei; and his siblings, Ricky Fred Jones and Thealynn Cork (Keith). He is also survived by ten grandchildren; five great grandchildren.
