With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary Ann Trenkle (Farmington Hills, Michigan), born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 15, 2022 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Isabelle Kentzler and Arthur Kentzler; and her siblings, Pat May (Kentzler) and Timothy Kentzler. She is survived by: her husband John Trenkle of Novi, MI; her sons, William (Amy) and James (Denisa); and her granddaughters, Caitlin and Matilda. She is also survived by her nephews, her nieces and many cousins.

M.A.was creative & talented (baking, crafts), was extremely intelligent, had tons of warmth & empathy towards others, epitomized what a friend is, was supportive & loving of her family, & she was a devout Christian who "lived" her faith. My 1989 move to Pgh. separated us, but she lives in my heart. RIP, dear BFF”
