Marilyn Ryan Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marilyn Ryan of Farmington Hills, Michigan, born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on August 26, 2024 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Ryan and Dorothy Ryan; and her siblings, Betty Ryan and Gerry Trumpy (late Jack). She is survived by: her sisters, Patricia Renaud (late Adrian) and Kathy Ryan; her goddaughter Mary Lou Mahoney; her caregiver Heaven Tolton; and her close friends, Ed and Marina Pokriefka.
Visitation was held on Thursday, August 29th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Fabian Catholic Church (32200 W 12 Mile Rd, Farmington Hills, MI 48334). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, August 29th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. She was truly a warrior, overcoming the endless days of the pandemic and battling the effects long covid.
