She was predeceased by: her parents, Wasyl Malaniak and Stefanie Malaniak; her husband Samuel; and her siblings, Dorothy Sostack (Joseph), Eugene Malaniak and Edward Malaniak.
She is survived by: her son Brian Dzmelyk; her grandchildren, Erica Wells (Jeremy) and Kelly Dzmelyk; her great grandchildren, Hailey and Scarlett; and her siblings, Marie Rokoszak (late Stefan) and Michael Malaniak (Chris). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
