She is survived by: her children, Michael Rasak (Lisa), Dr. Christopher Rasak (Shiela), Theresa Sinacola (Michael), Renee Keogh, Matthew Rasak (Ann), Dr. Mark Rasak (Tammy) and John Rasak; her grandchildren, Carolyn Rose (Jason), Michael Rasak (Taylor), Jennifer Neiger (Torrey), Julianna Rasak, Shazzney Rasak, Lorraine Rasak, Christopher Rasak, Theresa Rasak, Alexandra Rasak, John Rasak, Joseph Rasak, Andrea Sinacola, Michael Sinacola II, Teresa Burch (Rowan), Anthony Sinacola, Michael Keogh (Maricela), Ryan Keogh, Mackenzie Gadamsetti (Vinay), Natalie Turk (Dean), Mitchell A. Rasak, Matthew C. Rasak, Samantha Rasak, Mark Rasak II, Marissa Rasak, Megan Rasak, Alexander Rasak, Amanda Rasak, Jonathan Rasak, Sydney Rasak and Samara Rasak; and her great grandchildren, Madison, Peyton Rose, Alexander, Lucas Rasak, Amelia, Wesley Neiger, Joaquin, Eli Keogh, Christopher Burch and Rohan Gadamsetti.
