He was predeceased by: his parents, Edmund Harry Sulkowski and Helen (Kowalcryk); and his brother William. He is survived by: his former wife Karen Thornton; his children, Jeremy Thomas and Kathleen Marie (Katie); his wife Michele Sprague Sulkowski; and his sister Phyllis Kowal (Henry).
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Larry's name to the Alzheimer's Association for research.
