It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lawrence E. Blase M. D. (Farmington Hills, Michigan), who passed away on September 25, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including : his wife Dr. Barbara Levine Blase, children, Dr. Bryan Blase (Jessica), Shayna Blaze (Ginger) and Jessyca Blase; his parents, Elizabeth Blase and Bernard; his grandchildren, Devyn Bridgett Blase and Jordyn Bella Blase; and his siblings, Susan Gordon (Craig), Dr. Norman Blase (Rebecca) and Alan Blase. He was also cherished by many loving nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.

My heart aches and the only thing that would help is to hear your voice and reassurance. That is gone and it is gone forever. You promised to walk me down the aisle.
