She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Shade and Rita Shade (Miller); and her husband Carl. She is survived by: her siblings, Ron Shade (Temmie) and Laura O'Connor (Mike); her nieces, Stacey Ware (Russ), Stephanie Shade and Mary Smith (Chris); her nephew James O'Connor (Rachelle); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Chloe, Elijah, Abbey, Les, Brie and Bren.
