She was predeceased by: her siblings, Deanna Quarters (late Leonard) and David Barnes; and her parents, Wanda Barnes and Max Barnes. She is survived by: her daughter Heather Barnes; her grandchildren, Lauren Mangus (Seeley), Justin Barnes and Jacob Braswell; her great grandchildren, Stella Mangus, Logan Mangus and Ayla Banks; and her sister Sandra Barron (late Ernest). She is also survived by her loving nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Beth El Memorial Park Cemetery (28120 Six Mile Rd, Livonia, MI 48152).
