Jeremy Cook Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jeremy Cook (Farmington Hills, Michigan), born in Salt Lake City, Utah, who passed away on December 10, 2020 at the age of 41. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his parents, Robert Cook and Susan Cook; his brother Noah Cook; and his pets, Gizmo and Gem. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, friends.

The Cook family will receive guests at the funeral home while following the latest safety guidelines regarding masks, crowd size and social distancing, 4:00 – 8:00 pm Wednesday, December 16, 2020.
