She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Imboden and Marie Imboden; her husband Jack M. Patterson; her sisters, Marguerite Engel and Ellen Imboden; and her nephew Ross Engel.
She is survived by: her sons, Richard Patterson of Farmington Hills and James Patterson (Barbara) of Lansdale, PA; her granddaughters, Michelle Patterson of Lansdale, PA and Stephanie Patterson of Fairfax, VA.; her nephews, Paul Engel (Veronique), Lloyd Engel (Johanna) and Charles Engel (Paula); her niece Vicki Engel (Dan Gunning); her great-niece Sandrine Boyer Engel (Francis); and her brother-in-law David Patterson (Sheila).
