He was predeceased by: his father Jay Harvey; and his son Michael. He is survived by: his spouse Lynn (Pistonetti); his sisters, Sharon Wilson (David) and LuAnn Dettore (Butch); his nieces and nephews, Jayson, Jamie and Anthony; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Christopher, Maria, Samantha, Brendan, Jack and Luke.
